Reliant Dreambuilders takes all the time needed to understand our customer’s questions and concerns. The goal is to work as a close knit team throughout the entire remodeling process.

Step 1
Consultation
At our free on site consultation, we will discuss your project ideas, goals and motivations. We will begin to take measurements, discuss budget, and talk about material options. We will also inform you on our estimate process and provide you with a time frame of the design creation.

Step 2
Design Review
Based upon our initial meeting we will create a design using your ideas and provide recommendations on how to meet your goals. We will discuss the construction process and what you can expect from a time line stand point and how this type of renovation can be completed injunction with your daily life. We will provide a detailed estimate based upon the design that was created.

Step 3
Design Modifications
From our second meeting we will make any changes and apply any final touch to the design. At this point we should have our material options and design options narrowed down to be able to provide you with an accurate estimate and project schedule.

Step 4
Pre-Construction Meeting
Prior to the start of any work we will meet at the construction site to discuss the up coming events. We will answer any questions that you may have. We coordinate our schedule with yours to ensure there is minimum disruption from your daily life. And we will schedule future meetings and walk-through to review progress based upon the project schedule.

Step 5
Enjoy Your New Space
Once we have completed all the work, we will schedule a final walk through. Prior to our final walkthrough, we ask the homeowners to inspection all work that has been preformed and create a final completion list. We will then compare notes and immediately address any outstanding items before we consider the project official complete.

The next step is to site back and relax.
